About CFB16-HB

CFB16-HB is a successor model to LF101 and LF301. CFB16-HB separates oocyte activation power module from cell fusion power module and add the function of zygote genome editing mode. CFB16-HB equips all the functions for the experiments about early embryos. No need to prepare each machine for each experiment for eary embryo.

 

First electrofusion unit with the function of zygote genome editing

CFB16-HB equips the function of "GenomeEdit" mode for zygote genome editing of electroporation and CRISPR-Cas9 system. As well, oocyte activation mode and tetraploid formation mode are available in CFB16-HB. This is the one, CFB16-HB, suitable for all the experiments with early embryos.

Electrofusion power module and oocyte activation power module are separeted.

Electrical conditions for Body cell fusion (i.e., preparation of hybridoma) and oocyte activation (i.e., preparation of cell body clone) seem similar in view of use of both AC and DC pulses. However, the best parameters such pulse voltage, pulse length, etc. are quite different respectively. In previous versions, a machine need to be coodinated to either mode before shipment for each customer's use. CFB16-HB separated a power unit for body cell fusion from that for oocyte activation. Just 1 press of the button enables to select either mode.

All the pulse output data exported to USB memory

CFB16-HB can export all the executed pulse output data to USB memory.

This function saves time to mannually record the output data and executed values in the notebook. 

display_history

All the data is exported to USB memory as CSV file

The CSV file is read by Spredsheet software. 

 

All the executed values of output pulses are automatically saved in CFB16-16.

CFB16-HB automatically saves all the data of the executed pulse voltage and current to track the experiment easily. The mannual recording of each of the executed pulse voltage and current value is not necessary. As well, you can output the same parameters as the tracked values in the display

"HISTORY" screen can track the parameters. From this screen, the same parameters can be output.

 

Compact body with mutiple functions and easy-to-use touch panel

CFB16-HB equips 5.6 inch touch panel for easy-to-use operation. CFB16-HB is much more compact than the previous version. CFB16-HB is table-top.
