LF611 Series  Platinum needle electrodes

 

These electrodes fit electroporation for ectoderm of chick embryo. The collabration of LF613 series with LF611 series is recommended if the target is the mesoderm like arthromere.

LF613 series  Z-shape platinum electrode

 

Z-shape is easy to set under chick embryo, which means these electrodes are suitable for electroporation to endoderm or mesoderm of chick embryo. Use these electrodes with LF611 series or LF614 series. (suitable for CUY21 series)

LF614 series  Tungsten & stainless steel needle electrode

 

These electrodes are suitable for localized electroporation. The insulted body of LF614S except 1mm of the edge reduce the damage to the embryo. These electrodse are suitable for the heart of chick embryo. (suitable for CUY21 series)

LF200S  injection needle electrode with holder

 

LF200S can be used both for an electrode and for injection needle of DNA buffer. The injection is carried out when LF200S is connected to the microsyring pump.  LF200S can reduce complicated work and the damage to the mouse brain.

LF560シリーズ  Fixed gap needle electrode

 

Two needle electrodes are parallelly fixed. These electrodes are just stuck to the target like muscles. Thus, you can save the time.

LF200-1.0  Integrated Bipolar Needle Electrode for Injection

The LF200-1.0 is a new type of electrode that solves the problems of the LF200S with needle insertion and DNA buffer injection. Both electrodes are now integrated into a single unit, so that only a single needle is needed to be inserted. It is less complicated and causes much less damage to the mouse brain.

LF650 series Tweezers with asymmetric disk electrodes

 

The electrodes of the disks whose radius are different respectively.  The anode (+), which DNA and/or RNA concentrate on is designated to be smaller than the cathod. Thus, LF650 series with the asymmeric disks are suitable for localized electroporation.

A fork-like (needles) and rectangular electrodes are on the edges of the tweezer. A fork-like electrode is stuck under the skin, and then the other side of rectanguler electrode sandwitches the tumor on the skin.

LF512・LF513   Autoclavable Electrode for adherent cells

Direct electroporation with the cells attached in the dish. The 0.5mm-tall wall around the edge of the electrode avoids the touch to the cells from the current-carrying part, and gives the cells less damages. 
The head of the electrode is removable and autoclavable.

DU902  Polarity changer

The polarity of electroporation can be changed.  Generally, DNAs and RNAs are subject to be introduced to the anode. Thus, the inversed polarity spreads a range of electroporated regions.
