LF101 can generate ~930V DC pulse, and thus fits many applications from plant cell fusion to mammalian cell fusion. The nuclear transfer model focuses on the accuracy of the voltage generally used for the research (around 50V). LF101 can generate such an accurate square pulse that LF101 can lead high fusion efficiency and viability.
You can flexibly set AC for both pre-fusion, which makes the pearl chains of the cells, and post-fusion, which improves the cell maturity.
Manual Generation
You can set and memorize the program to LF301 for the daily experiment to free you from every day setting. Moreover, DC pulse can be generated manually. Use the manual mode to search the electrical condition.
Easy-to-Use with Foot Switch
We have a collection of the electrode chambers for both large and small batches. Moreover, we provide the acrylic box to avoid contamination. For the nuclear transfer, we developed many needle electrodes. The chamber electrodes limit the number of operation at once. Instead, nuclear transfer with the needle electrodes is effective and saves time because the oocytes to be operated are placed in the dish. The fusion is more efficient as the quality of the oocytes is confirmed by eyes and bad oocytes are removed beforehand. We have the dish electrodes to activate oocytes.
