Genome Editor for plants is operated by 5.7 inch touch panel. It is very easy to operate Genome Editor for plants visually by the touch panel. The visual operation avoids the mistakes of which parameter to be set.
Genome Editor for plants is desktop-size, easy-to-move.
Genome Editor for plants automatically records the last 100 runs of data of executed volatege and current. It is not necessary to make a note of values of each electroporation. This function makes the experiments more efficient. Genome Editor for plants displays the executed parameter and can generate the same parameter as the displayed parameter.
Comparison between previous pulse pattern and fall pulse pattern for tobacco protoplast electroporation
Fall Pulse. Fall pulse perfroms highly efficient delivery of GFP plasmid DNA.
Auto-fluorescene specific in plants is note detected as PDS gene is knockout by design of gRNA on phytoene desaturase gene of Carotenoids biosynthesis
In comparison with control, green color on the plant disappears in the bright field as well as auto-fluorescene.
dsDNA with GFP cassette is electroporated with gRNA and Cas9 to tobacco cells (protoplasts). After regeneration, GFP fluorecene is detected.
* Tobacco cells above were prepared from the tobacco benthamiana leaf.
