CUY21EX（electroporator） is a next-generation electroporator with the dual pulse waves and attenuating pulse(exponencial square) which lead less damage to the samples and higher efficiency to ntroduce DNAs, siRNAs, drugs, etc. Our many kinds of electrodes can fit any experiments you are focusing on.
Moreover, our special electrodes for the adherent cells can carry out the highly efficient electroporation with the cells on the plate (means without removal out of the plate using reagents like trypsin.

CUY21 Vitro-EX has a hybrid system of high-voltage pulse, "Poration Pulse" and low-voltage pulse, "Driving Pulse. High voltaged Poration Pulse in short time pierces the cell surface. Afterward, repeat of low voltaged Driving Pulses electrophoreses target DNA or drug into the inside of the cell. High transfection and viability are expected with the best condition suitable for the cells because you can adjust the time and intervals of the pulses as you like.
CUY21EX can generates >=500V voltage and beeps to warn you about the danger before and during the pulse generation. CUY21EX fits electroporation for suspended aminal or plant cells and for adherant cells on the plate or dish without the cells pealed off, moreover, for the research of iPS cells.
CUY21EX measures impedance between electrodes before and after pulse generation. Impedance measured beforehand reveals the current value through Ohm's law. That means the condition of voltage can be reset for the better one. Moreover, the impedance measurement plays an important role to concern the accuracy of the experiments (whether the present condition corresponds to the last one or not). CUY21EX provides you reproducibility provides the best applications which fit various samples. Fine move of electrodes adjusts the impedance between electrodes.
CUY21EX automatically measures and monitors the effective current and voltage. Your experiment is carried out more smoothly as a result of obtaining the accurate value of current and voltage.
