CUY21Vivo-SQ measures impedance between electrodes before and after pulse generation. Impedance measured beforehand reveals the current value through Ohm's law. That means the condition of voltage can be reset for the better one. Moreover, the impedance measurement plays an important role to concern the accuracy of the experiments (whether the present condition corresponds to the last one or not). CUY21Vivo-SQ provides you reproducibility provides the best applications which fit various samples. Fine move of electrodes adjusts the impedance between electrodes.
The voltage CUY21Vivo-SQ generates is very accuracy because CUY21Vivo-SQ was specially designated to generate the low voltage (~ 99.9V) which is used for in vivo electroporation (about 50V). This results in ignoring the voltage error which has a influence on electroporation.
CUY21Vivo-SQ automatically measures and monitors the effective current and voltage. CUY21 Vivo-SQ provides information whether the experiment is successful or not before the observation of the experiment result. That means you can save your time and money
CUY21Vivo-SQ can fit the experiment which needs a low voltage such as electroporation to the single cell because the voltage can be set from 0.1V by 0.1V. Moreover, CUY21Vivo-SQ can measure the current from 1mA. Therefore, CUY21Vivo-SQ can fit the application for the experiment which needs below 10mA (e.g. electroporation to adult mouse brain) without any other machine to measure mA current.
CUY21Vivo-SQ has the user-kind interface with the LED display to show you the settings and measured value on respectively. The numeric keypad helps more.
If you accidentaly touch the electrode during the electroporation, you will be hurt or burned. CUY21Vivo-SQ avoid an accident like this. If the high current runs, the limitter in CUY21Vivo-SQ automatically works and stops the electroporation program immediately. CUY21Vivo-SQ is designated for the user-kind.
