・The service to establish the stable cell line constantly-expressing for exogenous gene.
・Establishment of the stable cell line by transfection to mammalian cells such as CHO, COS-7, HEK-293
・The expression of menbrane protein located in the menbrane is checked. The expression of the targeted protein located in the membrane is checked by Western blotting the extraction of the membrane fraction from the cells as well as mRNA expression.  
・One stop service from synthesis of recombinant protein to preparation of antibody is available.

Flow of Operation

1.Transfection
Transfection by Lipofection. The transfection condition is set  
in the case of the cell lines with no performance of transfection.

2.Drug Screening
Selection of the cells transfected with the vector by drug screening
Check of the drug sensitivity for the cell with no performance.

3.Cloning
Cloning to establish max 10 clones by limiting dilution method
※The clone number is NOT guaranteed because some clones might lose the targeted gene.

4.Expression Analysis
Expression Analysis by Real-Time PCR or Western Blotting
The customer checks the result and pick up the clone.
