Straight Walk®の特長

・Service for cloning and sequencing unknown sequence area by use of Straight Walk® Kit (Right Walk® kit, previously) 
・An unknown region is cloned from the sample ten times as a large genome size as human.
・The adaptor is added to the gene after the restriction enzyme treatment. PCR is conducted with the primer designated for the known sequence. It is possible to subclone to various vectors by adding suitable restriction enzyme sites to known primers because the sequence of the primer includes the cutting site for NotⅠ.
・At most, 9 kinds of restriction enzymes are used for analysis.
