※1 Applied only to the same restriction enzyme site before and after subcloning (incl. enzyme to cut the same sequence). 
※2 A new site for the restriction enzyme is added to the end of the targeted gene sequence by PCR. Afterwards, the fraction is inserted into another vector.

How to Order

1. Please send the order form and text file of the sequence data of the targeted gene to us by email.

2.Please send the sample and document described below to us:

・Order form
・Plasmid DNA with the targeted gene inserted into: 2μg( > 100ng/μl)  ※Please keep the sample frozen during delivery.
・Vector to be inserted into: 2μg ( > 100ng/μl) ※Please keep the sample frozen during delivery.
