*3 SDS-PAGE is used to check the expression after 4mL small-amounted culture and IPTG expression induction.
*4 The review may cause no acceptability for the large-amounted culture and purification afterwards.
*5 Affinity purification is used. Dialysis and/or gel filtration are acceptable (resulting in additional fees). The condition for the expression should be provided in advance in the case of the order only of large-amounted culture and purification

Yield and purity check after expression and purification (100mL)

4,Large-Amounted Culture・Purification
Large-amounted culture under the condition decided above.
Purification by Tag-specific affinity columns
